All women lose firmness as they get older—so do their bras. "When you buy a bra," Susan says, "make sure it fits you in the loosest hook. That way you can tighten the bra to the second and third hook as the bra ages and retain the firmness and the lift."

Where to Wear Your Bra

According to Susan, the perfect position for your breasts is midway between your shoulders and your elbows. And your bra should be level front to back. Susan says most women wear their bra bands too high on their torsos and throw their measurements off. "Most women," Susan says, "keep going up in the back [increasing their band size] instead of getting a deeper cup. We want to keep the back lean and small so we can lift the bust. [The bra band is] like a bridge, if it’s properly planted at the base, it can lift."

Susan says there are obvious clues your bra is the wrong size:

If your cups runneth over, it’s time to go up a cup size.
If your cups dimple, it’s time to go down a cup size.
If you have the dreaded back fat, you probably think your bra is too tight, but you’re wrong- your bra is too big. Wearing the bra lower on your back with a smaller band size will completely eliminate the back fat.
If your strap falls down, that means your bra band is riding up and you probably need to go down a band size.

Put on your bra and raise your arms. They should stay where they are but should be comfortable at the same time.

When wearing your bra:

Adjust the underwires at the corner so that they do not squeeze your breasts.

After this, bend over and place your hands into the inside of your bra cup and bring your breasts from outside in towards the centre. This lets you have cleavage even if you aren’t a C-cup or bigger! heh It also helps you make sure that when you grow older your breasts do not start sagging outwards. Some older ladies have this problem because they didn’t wear their bra properly when they were younger.

I’m home. Barely a few days into my holidays… and i already remember what family is like..

Dad is always there, not as silent anymore, more approachable and easier to talk to, and still my pillar of support. Thanks pa =)

House is still warm, still has that familiar smell, the garden is still FULL of wild grass (which implies there’s some mean meannnnn gardening to be done) I’m still annoyed tho, cuz even tho i cleaned it up lots of times, even tho I repeatedly asked my mum to get some help with it, to get somebody to do something with it, she chose to ignore me and leave it for death till i came back, and then proceed to nag me about getting it cleaned… sheesh =_=” What’s the point of cleaning it if nobody’s going to take initiative after i clean it?

The computer is still faithfully slowwww, clunky and buggy. Gotta love the com when it takes 5 seconds to send a message =) Thank God my laptop is faster, but streamyx feels slow after the uk connection speed of 100+kb/s

Mum.. is still mum. Hypocritical most times, loves blowing her own trumpet, gossiping and criticizing about people, driving like a demon and laughing at slower drivers, and hardly ever offering any emotional support. If blue was positive and red was negative, she’d be seen in a very purple light right now. I dunno. I can’t understand why i don’t see my mum in a mothery kind of way. I don’t feel ‘care’ and ‘warmth’ from her.. how are you supposed to respect a person who only has criticism and orders for you? I do love my mum, but it’s not the kind of real family love that i would like to give.

Right, this is my first real attempt at a blog with pictures so i won’t have to describe much.

Today was a really nice hot sweaty perspiring spring day! Very nice weather.. i did the most pointless things after exams…

Went to Hyde Park.. and actually slept there for abit on the grass. Many ppl were sunbathing and practically lazing around, reading a book, talking, being romantic etc..

Then later went to the gym! And ran on the treadmill. Stamina more then last time, quite happy!

I thought it was a real flower, but when you look at it closely, you can see the PLASTIC-ness of it all…. what a letdown

My dinner at 4:30 (yes after the gym session i was hungry k) Will probably eat supper later… Looks nice rite? unfortunately, it isnt that great. The rice isn’t sticky, and the chicken is reaaaaally salty! Note to collegemates: next time you eat at Little Japan, don’t ever ever take the first dish of the ‘Box Set’ meals! (forgot what it was called) I had it with a coke:

Don’t ask me why I didnt include all of it in one pic. The guy was giving me one-kind looks, and the other customers were stealing quick glances too.

Then, while walking back, there it was… sitting almost in the middle of the road, it’s curves beared to all, it’s yellow tan skin glittering in the sunlight (no i’m not talking about a naked woman you horny reader, wipe that drool off your face) It was.. it was..

You know, the weather here, although unpredictable, has done a million and one wonders for my skin. I never thought I’d live to see the day where my face is almost pimple-free, but it happened!

Gotta love UK weather.

Once upon a time, there was a panda. This panda never had black rings around it’s eyes. It always had 8 hours of sleep. One day this panda had an exam. Exams cause alot of stress. This panda had less and less sleep, and black rings began to form around it’s eyes. Panda knew that less sleep would affect concentration… it’s tooth fairy told it. But panda knew what had to be done.. it studied and studied, until it was the brainiest panda ever. On the day of the exam, this brave little panda did the paper, but it was frustrated because it couldn’t remember some points it had memorised. Then, in a flash, the panda’s tooth fairy came to it and said, "You should get enough sleep, dear panda. Your eyes are oh-so-dark." And so, brave panda learnt that sleep is important for exams after all =) Anyway it got 1st class even if it didn’t remember those few points during the exam. But its retained the rings around its eyes. Sometimes people would mistake it for mascara, other times people would think that the panda had been punched. No matter- panda was still the most good looking panda around =P
